Regulation 7.2.2: The licensee shall ensure that all new staff and auxiliary staff, prior to working with children in the CBCCPP; and any new individual designated as the representative of the licensee shall submit a Records Check Authorization form to the Division and shall submit to fingerprinting at a location designated by the Division after having received the Fingerprinting Authorization Certificate by the Division.
“There are three (3) staff members listed on the associated parties list who work with the preschool children and have not completed the fingerprint process for the Child Development Division. The fingerprint letters requesting these staff to complete the fingerprint process were issued on 1/31/2020, 3/15/2022 and 8/31/2022. Corrective Action: Immediately have the three (3) staff members make an appointment and complete the fingerprint process by 1/27/2023. Submit an e-mail confirmation to this Licensor when the fingerprint process has been completed for these three (3) staff members.”

Corrective Action: Review the programs associated parties list in the programs BFIS account and remove staff who no longer work in the program. By 1/21/2022, submit confirmation to this Licensor.”
