In room 3, a broken splintering wooden slat was observed on a child size rocking chair. In room 5, the free standing swiveling storage unit in the dramatic play area was unsteady due to 2 missing screws in the base and a protruding screw was observed on the unit's mirror, a broken blue storage bin and the legs of the yellow wooden chair were loose creating pinch points. In room 6, a tear was observed in a black bean bag chair causing the filling to fall out, 3 broken or cracked storage bins and a broken plastic faucet on the play sink were observed. In the bike room, the seat of a yellow floor scooter was cracked and broken.”
