The center did not have a report of environmental sanitation inspection.”

“Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. In the second building where the school-age children are located, a storage closet with a half-door was found unlocked. The closet contained a wall-mounted chemical dispensing system with disinfectant, all-purpose cleaner, floor cleaner, and glass cleaner that was accessible.”
