The licensee shall save all daily attendance records identifying the hours of children's attendance for at least twelve (12) months from the date that care is provided.
“There were four (4) children in the two (2) year old classroom, but only two (2) were signed in. There were two (2) children in the infant classroom, but only one (1) was signed in. Corrective Action: Ensure all children are signed in on the attendance sheet upon arrival and signed out upon departure. Review this rule with all staff and develop a system to monitor for ongoing compliance.”
