“The complaint states that a parent believes that a teacher in the 3 year old classroom, [name], mishandled a child on July 15th. Upon reviewing the cameras, they observed that [name] was telling the child to sit down in their chair. The teacher was looking at the names on the back of the chair, to see which chair belonged to the child, and the teacher was pulling the child along with them while they were checking the names, as opposed to letting the child go find their own chair. LS observed video footage from July 15th, 2026, at 04:31 pm. LS observed the aide standing near the child referenced in the incident at the table. LS then observes the aide inappropriately pulling the child by the upper arm in one direction, then the child sits down in a chair. The aide then inappropriately pulls the child in another direction by the upper arm, until the child walks over to their seat. An operator shall ensure that each child receives adequate supervision and care at all times which is appropriate to the individual age, needs, and capabilities of the child.”
