“The provider has two infants in care today. The provider's daughter turned 2 years old in August 2025. The provider thought her capacity was increased on her license last year with her previous Licensing Specialist. The provider has enough space, toys and equipment, and napping sources to add another infant. The license will be revised.”

“The provider has 7 children in care today, as well as her 2 year old daughter. The provider is approved for 6 total daycare children. The provider has 2 resident children, ages 2 and 5 years. The provider was told by her previous Licensing Specialist that she could not exceed 8 total children in care, including her own children. The provider's 5 year old child goes to school full time and is at school today. The provider has 9 day care children enrolled. One child's enrollment is temporary and today is her last day. There are two drop in children who's last day is today. There are two other children who are part time 2 days a week on opposite days (T/Thu and M/W). The provider has the children's schedules so there are never more than 8 children present, including her own children. The provider has a plan for her school aged child if he is sick or needs to be picked up from school so that he does not affect the daycare numbers. The provider was advised that her two resident children count in her capacity whether they are present in the daycare area or not. The provider's schedule starting tomorrow is in compliance with the regulation. The provider submitted a copy of the schedules.”
