Providers on paid plans are listed first, then by the youngest age on the state record, youngest first, then programs for babies and toddlers only and those that describe an infant room, then A to Z by name. We do not rank daycares.

How this list is made: Hugo daycares whose Minnesota license lists infants, plus those that say they offer infant care. A daycare without this tag may still take infants; ask.
