Rule 7.4.b.3: A report of a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) records check for any staff member who has lived outside WV within the past 5 years or has established residence outside of WV for more than 1 year since turning 18 years of age (7.4.h.2. updated at least every 5 years).
