      “In the infant room the door handle was very loose. Handle needs to be tightened. In the Fellowship Hall the area of the stage which is off limits to the children has cabinets with child locks but some of the doors are not secured to the wood frame. Director to submit pictures of the cabinet doors once fixed.”
