Rule .37(d) - Failure to cooperate: (d) Failure to Cooperate. The proposed and current License Holder, Permit Holder or commission holder and Staff shall cooperate with any inspection or investigation by responding truthfully to any legitimate departmental inquiry. Failure to cooperate with a Department inspection or investigation shall constitute good cause for the denial, restriction, revocation or suspension of a License, Permit or commission.

Rule .03(1) - Activities/teaching methods: (1) The center shall provide a daily planned program of varied and developmentally appropriate activities that promote the social, emotional, physical, cognitive, language and literacy development of each child. Center staff shall use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate the needs of the children’s different learning styles.

Rule .36(7)(c)5. - Transportation Checklist Maintained: 5. Passenger transportation checklists shall be maintained as Center records for one (1) year.

Rule .30(2)(c) - Sleep in safety-approved cribs: (c) Infants shall not sleep in equipment other than safety-approved cribs, such as, but not limited to, a car safety seat, bouncy seat, highchair, or swing. Infants who arrive at the Center asleep or fall asleep in such equipment, on the floor or elsewhere, shall be transferred to a safety-approved crib.

Rule .26(9) - Playground-Safe/Clean: (9) Safety and Upkeep of Playground. Playgrounds shall be kept clean, free from litter and free of hazards, such as but not limited to rocks, exposed tree roots and exposed sharp edges of concrete.
