“In room 2, LS observed the electrical socket located at the far right of the room on the wall had a small, orange, triple outlet hanging from it. This electric socket also needs to have a plate to be made in accessible to the children. In room 3, LS observed piping that went from ceiling to floor located next to the dramatic kitchen play area. The clamp on the pipe is exposed. This area must be made inaccessible to the children Also, LS observed a hole in the wall behind the door. This needs to be covered. In room 4, LS observed small holes above the in-wall heating located near the front door. LS also observed the in-wall heating unit needing a protective cover. The doors to rooms 3, 4 and 5 do not completely close to prevent children from leaving the room unattended. In room 5, LS observed pool noodles under the in-wall heating unit that need to be removed immediately.”
