“Upon arrival at the center in the infant room there was an infant sleeping in a swing. Licensing informed the person, Donna, in that room that the child needed to be moved immediately into a crib. Donna replied that the child sleeps in a swing at home. Two other children were sleeping in a crib. The third crib had several items in it and was not readily available to place a sleeping infant in it.”
