      “Some items labeled "keep out of reach of children were accessible to children. The outdoor shed in the fenced in grassy area was unlocked and contained insect killer and plant fertilizer. The hallway closet labeled "keep locked at all times" was left unlocked and contained pineacide. The laundry room was unlocked and unattended and contained laundry detergent.”
