“During and allocated unannounced inspection on 6/17/26 Staff person #1 did not completed the following required pre- service training within 90 days of their date of hire (see LIS code sheet): Pediatric First Aid and CPR, and a complete PA Required Health and Safety Training. This is evidenced by by following documentation in Staff Person # 1's file: Pediatric First Aid and CPR training certificate dated 1/23/26, PA Required Health and Safety for Centers-Group Child Care Part 1 dated 4/8/26, and PA Required Health and Safety for Centers-Group Child Care Part 2 dated 4/11/26.
