“LS observed a lit citronella candle located outside of the childcare door next to the diaper genie. LS asked Provider about the candle. The Provider stated that a child pooped, and she threw the diaper away, and stated that flies were outside near the diaper genie. Provider stated that she generally lights it when she sees flies outside and to prevent the flies from coming inside while children are in care. LS informed Provider that a lit candle is a fire hazard and should not be used during childcare and against the manufacturer's directions.”
