“LS conducted a complaint inspection in which " A text message was received by the parent about a conversation between staff person 1, and another staff person where there is mention of dating a child if he were older and bi. This message was sent in Aug of 2025.The parent just found out about it on June 20th, 2026 and was not informed by the center. The same staff person wrote a text message to another staff member where he referenced a 4 year old male child he legit reminds me of a beloved friend, lol one I would date if he was older and bi" LS received an email from the center on June 22nd mentioning that the incident had first taken place in August of 2025. The OCC was not notified and neither were the parents. According to the Director, an internal investigation was conducted and the management staff determined there was no wrongdoing and they made the decision to not notify the parent or Child Protective Services. LS Informed the management at the time of the complaint inspection that each staff is a mandated reporter and anytime an incident like this is brought to their attention CPS must be called and it is the responsibility of CPS to determine further investigation needed”
