416.15(c)(13) The program must maintain on file at the group family day care home, available for inspection: a daily schedule documenting the arrival and departure times of each caregiver, employees and volunteers;

416.13(a)(3) The provider, assistant(s), and substitutes must each meet the following qualifications: be capable of providing, and agree to provide, safe and suitable care to children which is supportive of the children's physical, intellectual, emotional and social well-being;

416.11(i)(26) Extensive cleaning, such as shampooing carpets or washing windows and walls, must occur when children are not present.

416.8(g)(2) When the provider is absent for more than 3 consecutive days or has reason to be absent on a recurring basis, the Office must be notified in advance and the program must keep a written record of the caregiver present in place of the absent provider.

416.8(e) The provider must be the primary caregiver of children in a group family day care home.
