“The specialists observed several safety concerns in the outdoor play areas. In Play Space One (preschool area), there was an iron rod protruding from the ground, along with numerous tree roots present, both of which could pose tripping hazards. In Play Space Two (infant/toddler area), a wooden table had a significant hole in it. Additionally, the back section of this playground also had many tree roots that could lead to tripping hazards.”
