“Upon arrival at the family child care home, LS observed that the provider's husband was present in the child care space around the children in care. The provider had previously informed LS that her husband lives at a separate residence and is not inside of the family child care home during business hours. The provider stated that her husband still does not live at the residence, and was only present on today's date to do yard work. This was corrected on site when the provider's husband left the residence. The licensing agency shall be notified immediately of a change in residents, operation, telephone number or the provider's residence.”
