“At the time of inspection, LS observed a 17 month old child sleeping one level away from the provider without a video and sound monitor. The provider was physically going upstairs to check on the child. LS requested that the child be moved to the same level as the provider and if napping in a separate room, for the provider to please utilize a video and sound monitor.”
