An adequate supply of water, under pressure, shall be provided at all handwashing sinks, as well as soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers. Toilet paper in dispensers shall be located at each toilet

      “At time of inspection in room #105 and the preschool restroom,there was a open roll of toliet paper not on the dispenser. It was above on the railing, not sanitary. There were 2 rolls of open paper towels sitting on top of a container, not sanitary.”
