“In the after school classroom the children were observed using tablets and phone not related to the planned activities that meet educational goals. Discussed with caregivers children can use electronic devices but it must be for educational purposes, not video games.”

“During nap time the children mats were arranged to where children and caregivers could not walk between mats. Children were stepping on mats to walk to the restroom. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver moved children to another classroom to arrange the mats to where the children and caregivers can walk around the classroom.”

“Cleaning supplies in the infant room were under the sink accessible to children. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection when caregiver removed the cleaning supplies from under the sink and put them on a shelf making them inaccessible to the children”
