“When the LS arrived for this inspection the provider was home alone with 3 children under the age of 2 years. Per attendance sheet one child arrived 7:57am, another at 8:00am and the 3rd was not signed in. The additional adult arroved approx. 5 mins after the LS. The provider and AA were reminded that at no time should either the provider or additional adult be alone with more than 2 children under the age of 2 years. The LS discussed the possibility for further follow up visits to be conducted to ensure complaince. The provider is to submit a plan of action as to how they will ensure this regulation is being followed moving forward.”
