Caller stated that their daughter was in the front of the vehicle with 2 other children, one child was on the floor and 4 children were in the back. Caller stated that Provider was on her way to drop children off at her niece's home. They also stated that the trip was unauthorized and parents were unaware of the trip. Niece's home is 2522 Fairhill Drive, Suitland Maryland 20746. A 5 year old was not placed in a booster seat he was placed in a seat belt by the substitute. Children to be placed in their appropriate seats when being transported.”
