“At time of inspection, Licensing Specialist did not observe a staff member supervising the children. The staff member was around the corner by the diaper changing station of the classroom away from where the children were located. The second staff member assigned to the children was in the bathroom with a child. The door that leads to the upstairs classroom was also open at the time of no supervision. Licensing Specialist spoke with a staff member and reminded them to be where the children are at all times.”
