“Specialist observed that the provider has 5 children under two years old present at the time of the inspection. Provider has 6 children under two years old enrolled and frequently present. Provider disenrolled 2 children at the time of the inspection, one of whom was present at the time of the inspection. Provider stated that another agency informed her that infants were children ages 18 months and older. Provider is reminded to confirm all regulation with the Office of Child Care. Specialist observed that there were 4 infants in care by the end of the inspection. Provider shall submit a letter of corrections. Follow ups will be conducted.”
