LS discussed with the provider that she needs to thoroughly clean the rooms that the dogs and cats stay in along with the day care area. This must be done daily in order for the day care space not to be a danger to the children. LS observed the sleeping area back room having boxes on top of the unused cots and clutter on the tables needing to be removed.”
