“The facility confirmed that they used rental companies to rent a bounce house and water slip and slide equipment for children. The facility reported that the equipment was only being used on June 30, 2026, and August 6, 2026 for the center’s special activity days. The facility does not utilize these equipment options on a regular basis. OCC informed the facility of the potential health and safety hazards with these types of equipment. The facility should seek approval from OCC prior to using these equipment options at the center.”
