“At the time of the investigation, specialist observed one staff member in Room 3A with 4 children between the ages of 12 and 18 months, and two staff members with seven children between the ages of 18 and 23 months in Room 3B. Facility is reminded that staff child ratio must be maintained at all times. Prior to the end of inspection Licensing specialist observed the classroom and found proper child to staff ratio and qualified staff.”
