“A complaint was received that there is a trampoline in the children's outdoor space. The complaint included a photo of a small child's trampoline with 2 children standing on it outside the home. At the inspection the trampoline was observed outside. The provider was shown the photo and she confirmed that they were child care children. During the inspection the trampoline was removed from the yard.”

“A complaint was received that said that there are cleaning supplies accessible to children. The complaint included a photo that shows what appears to be a bottle of bleach on the shelf that is accessible to children. Upon arrival to the home there was a bottle of bleach and air fresherener that was on the shelf that was accessible to children. During the inspection these items were relocated so they were no longer accessible to children.”

“All emergency forms were reviewed and there were 2 forms that need the doctor information completed on them. Please have the parent/guardian fill in this information and send a copy to the Licensing Specialist.”

“At the time of the inspection, the specialist noted that there was Lysol disinfectant spray and a air freshener within the reach of children. The specialist relocated these items making them inaccessible to the children in care. Please ensure to store all potentially harmful items in locations which are inaccessible to children in care. If accessed these items could be harmful to them.”

“There were two electrical sockets uncapped in the child care area. The provider capped the electrical sockets during the inspection. Please ensure that all electrical sockets within reach of children are capped or plugged.”

“Two emergency forms were missing the required information. The provider is advised to review children's files and ensure that all children's emergency forms are completed and contain the required information. The provider is reminded to maintain emergency information for all children in care. Please ensure that the parent reviews, completes, signs, and dates the emergency form and submit evidence to the Licensing Specialist once corrections have been made to the emergency forms.
