“The children's bathroom had several razors in the sink cabinet drawer. The applicant relocated the razors to a restricted area from child care during the inspection. Several weapons and tools were near the child and family entrance area in the workshop room. The applicant will need to submit photo verification of the entry space and workshop room to OCC once all weapons and tools are being stored per regulation.”
