LS informed the provider that her daughter isn't her approved substitute and she is under age at this time to be an approved substitute. LS discussed with the provider that the children are also in an unregistered area which is just a walk thru to get to the daycare area. LS informed provider that her operating hours are currently 7:00am-6:00pm and she must be ready to work with the children in their appropriate day care space.”
