416.5(f)(1) Barriers must exist to prevent children from gaining access to any swimming pool, drainage ditches, wells, ponds or other bodies of open water located on or adjacent to the property where the day care program is located. Such barriers must be of adequate height and appropriately secured to prevent children from gaining access to such areas. (not corrected)

416.4(a) Suitable precautions must be taken to eliminate all conditions which may contribute to or create a fire hazard. (not corrected)

416.7(r) Sleeping surfaces, including bedding, which is the removable and washable portion of the sleeping environment, must not come in contact with the sleeping surfaces of another child's rest equipment during storage. Mats and cots must be stored so that the sleeping surfaces do not touch when stacked.

416.14(f) Training must address all topics or subject matters required by state and federal law. The required state topics are:

416.14(c) Each employee and volunteer must complete a minimum of thirty (30) hours of training every two years. The required 30 hours of training every two years is subject to the following conditions:

416.15(c)(13) The program must maintain on file at the group family day care home, available for inspection: a daily schedule documenting the arrival and departure times of each caregiver, employees and volunteers;
