“*Serious* When licensing arrived licensing observed 8 children and 2 teachers in the dining area. At the lunch table were 5 children and at the toddler eating table there were three (3) one-year-old's and a teacher sitting by the toddler table. The teacher sitting by the toddler table stated there was another one-year-old asleep in the infant and one-year-old room. There was no teacher present with the one-year-old that was asleep in the infant and one-year-old room.”
