The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child. 2. One Auvi-Q emergency medicationwas not labeled with the prescription label attached to include the child's name, name of medication, the dosage amount and time/times to be given. 3. One bottle of Children's Benadryl was not labeled with the child's name, dosage amount, and time/times to be given. 4. The director confirmed the medication was not labeled.”

Five staff records were reviewed. 2. Documentation of fingerprint checks for Staff #1 was dated 02/21/2023. 3. Staff #1's date of hire was documented 06/26/2023. 4. The director confirmed the fingerprints had been obtained 90 days prior to Staff #1's first day of employment.”

Two bottles of sunscreen were observed in the Two-year old classroom in cubbies that were accessible to the children in care. 2. The classroom teacher immediately removed the two bottles of sunscreen and placed them in a locked cabinet.”
