An investigation was conducted on August 17, 2022. This complaint is substantiated for lack of supervision because a picture was submitted showing Staff #2 asleep in the classroom and [name] stated she probably sleeps in the classroom, but she has never observed it. It is substantiated for not serving milk with lunch because when Specialist Rasin-Benn checked the fridge after lunch, there was not any milk and [name] stated they ran out in the morning. It is substantiated for not following screen time requirements because [name] stated two children bring their video games from home and play them during naptime instead of sleeping. There is no evidence to substantiate the allegations of not following accident and injury procedures, not following their handbook for health exclusions, not having enough equipment, and having people in the building who should not be there because [name] denied these allegations and Specialist Rasin-Benn observed adequate equipment in the classrooms. An additional concern noted was attendance records were not correct because a staff member had not signed in.”
