“LS conducted a complaint inspection in which it was self reported that a child was playing by the cubbies in the 3 year old room when he reached into another child's bookbag and found a vape. The teacher who was preparing lunch turned around and saw the child with the vape and took it away and called the front office. The teacher reported that she saw smoke coming from the vape and around the child's mouth. The parent's of both children were informed and the incident was reported to CPS. At the time of the inspection, LS was informed that the child did have the vape in his mouth.”
