During the investigation, the facility was appropriately staffed and no children were unattended or in unsafe sleep practices. However, a gate was propped open with a brick to a busy road way, which left access to the public. Resolution: he Health District informed the provider the gate must remain closed off at all times and corrective action was taken to secure the gate closed. The Health District reviewed the importance of proper supervision at all times, including during periods of rest or napping.”
