Staff #1 placed the child on the bean bag, and as the child continued to get up, Staff #1 used their own hand to push the child back down into the bean bag. A staff member asked Staff #1 to leave the library area. Staff #1 was then seen grabbing the child from their arms and dropping them on the bean bag, and proceeded to sit on top of the child. Another staff member then approached Staff #1 and asked them to remove themselves from the situation. The child was crying and comforted by another staff member. Written documentation reviewed stated the following: ** "When I look up from the computer, [Staff #1] quickly pulls [Child] by the arm and places [Child] on the bean bag and sits on top of [Child].
