Resolution: The child's parents were contacted and the child was taken to the emergency room for treatment. Supervision requirements and correct procedures were followed at time of incident.”

Resolution: At time of follow up, the provided had unenroll the biting child for safety of staff and other children. A Child Care Consultant also discussed the center's policy on individualizing behavioral plans according to the need of the child and ways to communicate these concerns to parents as well as provided resources on additional strategies to intervene when these types of behaviors occur.”
