“At the time of inspection, 2 children under the age of 2 were present while the provider is only approved for one child under the age of two on their registration. The provider thought that because the resident child turned 2, she could enroll another child under the age of 2. LS explained the license needs to be updated first. One child under 2 was sent home until the provider's registration is updated.”
