“During a complaint inspection a Preschool teacher informed LS that although there is a 2025 Basic Health and Safety Update certificate for her she is not the one that completed the required training meaning that she believes this was completed for her by another staff member. LS discussed with the staff member and the director that she must retake the training herself and submit the training to the office of child care.”
