“LS did an announced site visit as a follow up to the mandatory visit for 2025. AAt the time provider had a drop in child on site and informed ls that child would not be returning for childcare. December 11, 2025 a follow up visit was conducted and ls observed 7 children with the drop in child on site. Informed provider to call parent and inform that child can not return until license cchas been changed to reflect a change of capacity. Specialist stayed until parent came and removed child. Corrected while on site. Parent picked the child up while specialist was on site.”
