For staff currently employed, a center shall keep on file a health assessment that is updated every two years except the tuberculosis risk assessment or tuberculosis screening discussed above.

Prior to or during the first week of employment and prior to having sole responsibility for a group of children, a center shall provide orientation to the staff member that includes a review of:
