“The Compliance Officer requested the Fingerprint Clearance cards for all household members. Household Member 1 did not have a current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card at the the time of the inspection. The CO was informed by DPS staff that the card had expired 2/27/2022. A card has been issued to Household Member 1 effective 11/6/2023.”
