“At the time the LS arrived for this inspection there were several classrooms with aide qualified staffing, with no sub log available to the LS. The LS walked the building a total of 3 times, when she was finished the 3rd time there was still 1 classroom without a lead teacher and no sub log was available. The LS reviewed with the facility the requirement to ensure there is a qualified teacher assigned to every classroom at all times, unless a substitute is required then ensuring the sub log is completed immediately.”
