“LS observed the eleventh child arrive in room 4. This room was staffed with one staff member. The staff member alerted another staff member in another room with similar aged children to take the child as she already had ten children. The enrollment for this room is 13. Operator needs to ensure that the staff/child ratios are maintained through out the day.”
