“LS observed the gate that leads to the pool was propped open with a bungy cord.. LS asked provider to close the gate and demonstrate that the alarm works. When provider went to demonstrate that the alarm workes it did not. Provider said it needed batteries. Provider to send LS evidence that there are batteries in the alarm and that it works.”
