“LS inquired about the number of children in care during the summer months when the before and after children are not in school. The provider stated that she has about 12-13 children in care. She stated that on some days, she will drop the younger children off at the child care home with the substitute and on other days she will take all of the children to an activity it is suitable for the younger children.”

“LS conducted a complaint investigation on today's date. The complainant alleged that two children were found in a bathroom and both children had their underwear and pants down and one child was humping the other child. When LS asked the provider about this incident she stated that she was only two feet from the bathroom. She sent another child to retrieve the two children because she never enters the bathroom with the children. The child that was sent to retrieve the two children told the provider that once child was humping the other child. LS inquired about a second allegation that a child in care ran their hand up and down the leg of another child. The provider stated that she knew nothing about that incident. LS observed that this incident was not report to OCC. within 24 hours of its occurrence.”
