The LS asked the provider if this was the milk she was providing to the children and the provider answered yes. The LS explained to the provider that the milk will need to be 1% or nonfat unless other wise noted by the doctor or the parent. The provider stated she would get notes from the parents because she knows her families give their children 2% milk.”
